🛍️  Where is my order?

Once your order is processed (1–3 business days), it will ship from our U.S. warehouse. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

 


📦 When will I receive my tracking number?

 

Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email once your order has been processed and shipped. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. Still missing? Contact us at support@towbbeauty.com.

 


🔁 Can I get a refund or return my product?

 

No. All sales are final.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. See our Return Policy for more details.

 


❌ I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it?

 

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or edits after an order is placed. Please double-check your cart and details before confirming your order.

 


✏️ I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at support@towbbeauty.com with your correct address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes and are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

 


💳 Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

 


📬 My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

 


🧴 What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@towbbeauty.com. Include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

 

If verified, we will issue a one-time replacement.

 


🔐 Do you offer fraud protection?

Yes. All orders are monitored using advanced fraud prevention software. Any suspicious activity, including false claims or chargebacks, may result in bans and legal action.
